michelle eno, BA, MFT intern
master of family therapy intern
michelle is a second year marriage & family therapy master’s student at toccoa falls college in north georgia.
while michelle recognizes relationships as the most important thing in the world, she also knows they can be the hardest to manage and understand. when our relationships are conflicted in our families or in our marriages, we feel unheard, unappreciated, frustrated, and devalued. finding a safe space to be heard, and validated can be a start to inner healing and improved communication which can lead to restored relationships.
michelle believes that an integrative approach can provide clients with the tools and resources they need to work through their problems, improve balance, boundaries, communication that ultimately lead to wellness. she has experience using cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy in a treatment center but also believes that structural family therapy can help improve communication and relationship dynamics.
