Rachel obtained her Master of Family Therapy from Mercer University in 2017. She is a compassion-focused therapist who works with adults, children, and families experiencing various issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, stress and burnout, family conflict, and divorce recovery. Her greatest joy is helping clients rediscover their own unique strengths needed to tackle life’s challenging moments.
Rachel offers an integrative approach to therapy that incorporates mindfulness meditation, compassion, narrative therapy, and other cognitive techniques. Rachel also offers small groups exploring topics such as mindfulness, anxiety, self-esteem, and stress management.
Rachel is currently under the clinical direction and supervision of Dawn Swiney, MPA, LMFT as she pursues full licensure.
