The Women’s Self-Care Group explores topics including self-care, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, self-worth, and codependency.
Rachel Alerte, LAMFT has completed additional training as a compassionate therapist who will engage each participant to explore mindful meditation and increase the importance of self care in daily life.
The 4-week program begins Saturday, September 21, 2019 and ends on Saturday October 12, 2019. The fee for the entire program is only $100.
